Cassandra Welch is a woman of Christian faith. She practices Fair Housing. Married for over 30 years to the man of her dreams, Brian C. Welch. They were married shortly after Brian’s college graduation in the great state of Indiana. They were part of a family village that raised a sizable number of her siblings' children, two daughters, who are twins. One earned her MBA three years ago and is now working as a director for a major hospital. The other earned her doctorate in 2024 and accepted a position as an OB-GYN physician at a medical university. 

About 23 years ago, Cassandra Welch’s husband accepted a government appointment in Washington DC, so they loaded up the truck and moved the family, lol sounds familiar. The DMV is DC, Virginia, and now Maryland. Now that we are here, we have lived in no place better than what we call home. We are both blessed to have careers that allow us to live our passion and fulfill our purpose walk through this life. Cassandra treats each client as though they are her only client. She prides herself on building lifetime relationships with families one journey at a time.
